Due to the intimate nature of our items we cannot accept returns for items which have been opened or removed from their packaging. It is therefore imperative that you check your size against our size charts before you order.
In the unfortunate event that you receive an item which has a manufacturing fault, please notify us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund accordingly. We reserve the right to decline any unauthorised returns so please contact us before sending any items back to us.
All faulty goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Requested refunds will only be confirmed once the item has been received and inspected by us.
